ORDER PROCESSING

  • United States and Canada orders are processed within 24 hours.
  • International orders are processed within 48 hours.
  • (Except holidays and weekends)

SHIPPING ORIGIN

  • United States and Canada orders are shipped from Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
  • European orders are shipped from the United Kingdom or the United States if stock is not available in the UK.
  • Australia and Asia orders are shipped from the United States.

  • Subscription orders with Free Shipping are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) 1st Class Parcel Service. (7-12 business days)
  • All other orders: Multiple shipping options are offered at checkout from USPS and Federal Express (FedEx)

 

Important: International customers are responsible for ALL taxes, duties and customs fees if applicable.

We are not able to refund or replace any order (full or partial) if held or confiscated by customs officials.

 

Canada/Europe/Australia/Asia

  • Subscription orders with International Flat Rate Shipping are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) 1st Class International Parcel Service. (7-12 business days)
  • All other orders: Multiple shipping options are offered at checkout from USPS and Federal Express (FedEx)
    • Customs clearance may increase delivery time.
    • Final delivery may be made by local postal company.

Shipping rates are calculated based on the shipping address provided at checkout.
Delivery times vary according to local post schedules.
Coupons, promotions, or specials that include Free Shipping are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) 1st Class Parcel Service. (7-12 business days)

Returns & Cancellations

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. Biotivia is committed to the highest quality manufacturing standards.

Product returns
Our product should reach you in perfect condition. If you have any reason to be dissatisfied, please return the product in its original packaging (if possible) along with a brief explanation of why you are returning the product. Please include a copy of the Invoice or the original billing/shipping name, address and order number. On that same invoice, please note if you need an exchange or refund. You have 30 days from the date of receipt in which to return your order. Once we receive your purchased product, we will issue you a 100% refund for the product(s) returned. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Cancellation policy.

Orders placed before 10:00 AM CST, normally will ship out the same day we receive them.

If you would like to cancel an order, please email care@biotivia.com, or call the Customer Care at (US & Canada) 1-866-459-2773

– If the order has not been shipped, we are more than happy to cancel it for you at no cost.
– If the order has been shipped, you can return the order by writing “Return to Sender on the package.” (do not open the package) If the Postal Service or Courier will not accept this as is, then it will be the customers responsibility to pay for all return shipping costs. The refund will be processed for the products only, once Biotivia has received them back.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this Consumer Rights statement.
