Biotivia's Friends and Family Longevity Club was created to reward our customers and give them the ability to book standing monthly orders for their favorite products thus insuring they will receive their longevity supplements each month and at the same time earn bonus points which they may apply towards the purchase of Biotivia products. Not only will you will earn one Bonus Point for every dollar you spend on your purchases at Biotivia.com but you will also receive bonus points from the products purchaed by your friends and family.  In addition you will get priority on delivery, free samples from time to time of our new products, special member only pricing offers, and other rewards which Biotivia will send to members. Bonus points are equivalent to a 5% discount on your purchases. In addition, members receive free shipping on all US orders of $50.00 or more. Non members receive free shipping on orders of $150.00 or more.

How do I enroll?

Simply making a recurring order will automatically enroll you in the Longevity Club. It is that simple, no forms to fill out, no registration to complete. Click here to make your first Longevity Club purchase of any Biotivia product or products and when you checkout select the "Make this order a recurring order" box. That is all there is to it.

All of your purchases and purchases of your referred friends and family earn credits towards future purchases.

Once you have an active recurring order you are automatically a Club member and  each dollar spent on Biotivia products earns one bonus point, even your non-recurring orders. In addition, as long as you have an active recurring order you will receive bonus points on 50% of the purchases of the people you refer and 25% of the people that they refer. In order to receive these friends and family points all they have to do is input your e-mail address when they checkout.

Members must elect to receive at least one product each month. You can modify or cancel your order at any time.

Program Details

Enroll in Biotivia's Friends and Family Longevity Club and select one or more products to be delivered to you on a recurring monthly basis. You may continue to make one time purchases of our products as you like. Both your recurring order and your one time purchases will earn Bonus Points.

How much do I earn when I refer someone?

Each $1 you spend at Biotivia.com will earn one Bonus Point. Each $1 your friends and family spend will earn 1/2 of a Bonus point for you. Each $1 their friends and family spend will earn 1/4 point for you.

For example if you have an active recurring order and refer your cousin John to Friends and Family and John buys $500. worth of our products. You will earn 250 bonus Awards points. Further, if John refers Sue and Sue spends $200. You will also get one fourth of Sues points or 50 bonus points. This assumes that John has an active recurring order. So their are two levels of rewards.
