Customer satisfaction is very important to us. Biotivia is committed to the highest quality manufacturing standards. All Biotivia supplements are manufactured in state of the art FDA inspected pharmaceutical facilities in accordance with CGMP USP standards.

Product returns.
Our product should reach you in perfect condition. If you have any reason to be dissatisfied, please return the product in its original packaging (if possible) along with a brief explanation of why you are returning the product. Please include a copy of the Invoice or the original billing/shipping name, address and order number. On that same invoice, please note if you need an exchange or refund. You have 30 days from the date of receipt in which to return your order.

Cancellation policy.

Orders placed before 11am CST, normally will ship out the same day we receive them.

If you would like to cancel an order, please email lori@biotivia.com, or call the Customer Service Center at 1-866-459-2773

- If the order has not been shipped, we are more than happy to cancel it for you at no cost.
- If the order has been shipped, you can return the order by writing “Return to Sender on the package.” (do not open the package) If the Postal Service or Courier will not accept this as is, then it will be the customers responsibility to pay for all return shipping costs. The refund will be processed for the products only, once Biotivia has received them back.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this Consumer Rights statement.
