Just wanted to let you know that I hit a plateau for a bit and then the weight loss went explosive again. I've now lost 27 lbs and am excited for the 30 lb mark. In a few pounds I become non-obese which is a mile marker for me. The Body Mass Index has shown that I have been obese for the last few years. So I will soon just be in the overweight bunch and then soon I will be truly slim and trim. I'm going for it with everything I've got now. That Bioshape is pretty awesome stuff!

I just ordered a new bottle of BIOSHAPE because I feel that despite the fact that I neglected to keep a journal, the product did start to work. After about 2-3 weeks of taking it, the positive effects of it kicked in. I am an admitted emotional eater and due to all of the complications in my life, I was really stressed out and depressed, however, because of taking the BIOSHAPE, I was able to still suppress my appetite more than I would have been able to without it. We are still going through this downturn in our lives and I am still emotionally trying to come to grips with a lot of things, however, I truly feel your product is worth the money. I just wanted to write you because I just ran out of the Bio-shape supplement. I know you told me to write you after taking the Bio-Shape after 10 days if I didn't notice the effects to fully kick in. You said you would send me more so I could double my dose. I stared taking your supplement on the 16th of Feb. and I've been taking it every day with the exception of a few days when I went on vacation. I started at 271 lbs and I am currently at 263 lbs. It completely slipped my mind to write you back earlier, but I realized today I was already out of the Bio-shape. It really goes fast with only 60 capsules per bottle.

I must say I am pleased with the results, and I'm pleasantly surprised that its not like other diet pills I've tried before where they would give me an uncomfortable huge energy boost making me feel jittery like I drank too much coffee. I didn't really feel like that with Bio-Shape and I love that. I just feel like I need to double my dosage, because I didn't really notice it was doing much as far as curbing my appetite. I must say that is still one of major obstacles. I am happy with your product though don't get me wrong I just feel like I could use double the dose to unlock the products full potential. I have lost 8 lbs. since using your product. I would like to thank you so much for helping me!!! I'm anxiously waiting to continue using your Bio-Shape product. This is wild for me....I have a rough time losing weight maybe due to a slower metabolism so it didn't surprise me when I didn't lose any weight for the first 12 days on Bioshape. But then it sort of 'caught on' (I don't really know how to explain it) and I've lost 11 lbs in 11 days, 1 lb at a time. That is just awesome to me - thank you for a great, healthy weight loss product!

I would love to show you that I've lost all 50-60 lbs by May or June and I am pretty sure it is very possible. I have another 22 lbs to lose to get out of the technically 'obese' range and another 30 something to get to my college weight. I have 'before' pictures from a few weeks ago and I won't show them off until I have 'after' pictures because I need to have pictures next to them that I am really proud of......so I'm ready to keep this going to the finale! Normally testimonials are not my thing but in this case I wanted to let you know of my experience with Bio Shape.  I have been trying to lose 30 pounds for the past three years. After having my baby girl I became a bit depressed with the weight I had gained during my pregnancy. And I have to tell you -- Bioshape is no substitute for healthy food regimen and regular exercise. But it works! And it makes the healthy food regimen and regular exercise more efficient, I think.
